Blackwater Creek in the morning.
Blackwater Creek to Durant Island was a rather uneventful day. We got caught behind a barge for the better part of the day, which was kind of a bummer, and we were too slow to pass him until we got to the Albemarle. We motor-sailed across the Albemarle Sound and anchored just off the SW side of Durant Island. We were the only boat anchored there, so it turned out to be a really peaceful and quite anchorage.
