First day on the boat!

Well...we are on the boat and Deason is back in Naples. It doesn't feel the same without him here. He wanted to stay to do a fishing day with Grammy, and he caught another bass. Which is more fun and more exciting than cleaning.
We did get a fair amount of cleaning done today, lots of stuff that the old owner had on here went in the trash too. We won't start to bring our stuff on until we get everything cleaned. We have done some Dahlia proofing, great thing about boats is all of the cabinet doors already have secured latches, so no worries there. So far a good day, the only thing that could make it better at this point is if Dahlia sleeps through the night I am hoping that the gentle rocking will help....I don't have high expectations, but a girl can hope.
The boat is still in need of some serious organizing, but this is it all the same.
